About RITS

RITS is a private firm. It works for the benefits of Students in different Technical, Vocational, Professional and IT fields to help them in Fighting against unemployment, especially for those who seek jobs in private Sectors or abroad.

RITS is an organization consisting of quality management, professional staff working in accordance to the training need of the Province/Country having a string conception with regards to the training need and its importance. RITS is assisting remote areas of the country in providing quality educational services by setting up community base training centers in information technology, which helps bringing needed social-economic changes.

It is merely a direct enactment of the ethical commitment of professionals towards the quality of life for the underprivileged masses in the rural and urban under the changing scenario of the Country. RITS has emerged as new trend-setters in this electronic age. Day by day we are researching on how to put new, easy and cost effective way of learning aligning with the International Standards so that everyone avails education more precisely and self-paced with hassles. RITS offers cheap, useful and standardized education. Our products guide the learners at any level, no matter whoever they are…!!! Providing them the ever best contents and techniques.

Mission RITS

Develop a flexible and responsive Technical Vocational Training System to prepare a competent and trained workforce capable to respond to the fast-changing needs of the 21st century and contribute in the Economic Development of Pakistan.

The RITS from its inception has been very successful in catering to the needs of Human Capital Development by arranging need-based training programs and organizing workshops/seminars on the promotion of Technical Vocational Education & Training, Entrepreneurship and Employment Generation, Women Training and Empowerment, Enterprise Development and other related issues.

Recognition of RITS as a symbol of Quality Technical Vocational and IT Training by all individuals & enterprises.

RITS Functions

  • Provide a productive link between industry and training providers for enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and responsiveness of training.
  • Identify, analyze and prioritize training needs of the geographical areas.
  • Meet training needs by arranging training, re-training, and skill upgrading programs for educated youth and already employed.
  • Develop, validate and determine training standards and curriculum content based on employment and industry need analysis to ensure qualitative and relevant / need-based training.
  • Develop and implement special training programs for women, children of industrial workers to prepare them for gainful employment or some other income-generating activities.
  • Plan, develop and implement any other programs and activities to promote TVET for the benefit of individuals and industry.
  • Support the informal sector i.e. Ustad-Shagird System by providing them opportunities for specific training and trade testing.
